Shipping Costs:
If you want to find out the actual shipping cost prior to completing your order just follow these instructions: When ordering a product, simply click on the buy button. In doing so, the item will be automatically be added to your shopping cart. Proceed through to the Checkout. Then you will enter into the Delivery Information where you will find the shipping cost. If you want to continue to do your shopping you can click on any of the categories to the left in the category column and repeat this procedure for any other product you would like to get shipping info. This will provide you with a list of rates for you shipping options.
Note: If you are selecting a special delivery service such as “Next Day Air” Or “Second Day Air”. This refers to the transport element of delivery and not the payment approval (if credit card or payment method has any discrepancies and or etc.) Most of our shipments are shipped within 48 hours all depending of the time of the day the order is received. Also keep in mind if the order leaves on a Friday, you will have the weekend or any Holiday to consider in the delivery schedule. Many delivery services do not operate during these time frames.
Retuns:
If for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. Once we receive the item, we will credit your account immediately. We do not refund the shipping and handling charge, so please make you are aware of this fact. It will also be your responsibility to absorb the cost of shipping the item back to us. Simply fill out the required information and send it to our Customer Service Department where we will process your request in a timely manner.
